1. Service
The Anynos platform automates management of a BOMA BEST 4.1 (and other enabled frameworks) certification. It does NOT replace an accredited consultant's judgement — every automated proposal remains a DRAFT that a human validates.
2. User accounts
Four roles: Admin, Consultant, Director, Manager (building). Each user agrees to protect their credentials and not share them.
Any action taken from an account binds the organization that account belongs to.
3. Automation limits (R1, R6, R9, R13)
No automated component of the platform has the authority to validate a credit, submit to BOMA, send email to a client, or sign a document. The consultant always has the last word.
Every automated proposal below the configured confidence floor is marked 'uncertain' — no score movement happens until human validation.
Anynos is not liable for the consequences of a consultant blindly accepting an automated proposal.
4. Responsibilities
Anynos guarantees 99.5% monthly availability excluding planned maintenance. Pro-rated credit applies on breach, capped at one month of service.
You agree to upload only documents you have the rights to share.
5. Billing
Per active mandate, billed monthly. Details in the signed service agreement. Anynos may suspend access on unpaid invoices after 30 days, with 15 days' written notice.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, Anynos provides a full data export (BOMA zip + raw JSON) within 14 days, then deletes data per the retention policy.
7. Governing law
Laws of Québec, jurisdiction of Montréal courts. Any clause invalidated by a court is replaced by the closest legal disposition with equivalent effect.
8. Changes
Anynos may amend these terms. Substantive changes are notified 30 days before they take effect + require fresh acceptance at the next login.
